SHIPPING RATES:
Commercial deliveries are usually shipped UPS Ground and residential deliveries are usually shipped via the USPS. For either carrier, please add $8.00 for the first copy ordered and $1.00 for each additional copy.
For international shipments, please email or call for rates. Also, please specify how quickly you need your order so that we can determine the best method of shipping. If you are emailing your request, make sure to include your country, city and postal code.
We will ship your order almost any way you want (collect, overnight, 2nd day, FedEx, etc.). Please call us for rates or other information.
SALES TAX: Only Pennsylvania residents need to pay sales tax! Philadelphia residents add 7% and other Pennsylvania residents add 6%.
